Sweetie. . . when was your last period? How long have you thought you were pregnant?
My very best advice is to tell someone that you can talk to and get a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant and are having a miscarriage (I say that because of the stomach pain) then you will need to be treated by a doctor. You could get an infection, etc if you don't.
Is there anyone you can tell or talk to about this? I am sure even if your parents would be disappointed they would do anything to help you and be there for you. Most parents are like that. Believe me.
I hope for the best for you. . .

No, when you are pregnant your stomach does not hurt you, this is something else. If you are pregnant most women experience a tightening sensation in their uterous which is the uterous expanding for the embryo. You will urinate often, you might have sickness, feel dizzy, lightheaded sometimes, and you will feel sleepy more than usual. Most of these symptoms do not really come in to play until you are 6 weeks pregnant, and some women do not even experience symptoms. If your stomach hurst real bad it could be cramps, gas, or a more serious problem that you would have to go to the emergency room for. Sometimes gas can really make your stomach hurt real bad so bad that you may think that your apendix has ruptured but it should only last for about an hour, if your stomach hurts real bad then you need to tell your parents and go to the emergency room. Also, you are only 16, you need to stop having sex. There are way too many bad things that can come with having sex, a good example would be hiv/aids, you need to be careful and make sure that you will not make decisions now that you will regret in the future, do not be in such a hurry to grow up.

It could be Appendicitis. I have been pregnant and have had appendicitis and well.........your stomach shouldn't "kill" when your pregnant that is a bad sign but you will basically feel like your in labor from the pain of appendicitis. I would go to the ER if you can't breathe through the pain and it comes in waves OH HECK go to the ER if your stomach kills period. It could be so many things and only the docs with their wonderful technology will be able to tell ya ;)

Have you missed your period? If not, wait until around the time your period is due and see if its late. Then take a pregnancy test.
Sometimes your body has aches, but if you really need to find out, tell your parents you dont feel well and go to a doctors appointment to figure out the culprit. Scared? There are many free clinics for teens to get tested. Look them up in your phonebook and go with a friend.

Stomach pain is not neccessarily related to pregnancy, especially early in the process. You can buy early pregnancy tests at the drugstore and test for yourself. Any continual pain of a great degree should be checked by a doctor.

Go. See. Your doctor.
Lower Abdomen pain could be anything. Pregnancy shouldn't hurt, first of all. If it's your uterus you could have a horrible infection, or cancer; it could be really horrible cramps, or some other organ going on the fritz.
Talk to your parent or guardian if they don't know you're sexually active, and head to a doctor straight away. They'll probably do an ultrasound and blood tests and all that, but if you're in pain, it's worth getting everything checked out.

Early pregnancy doesn't hurt unless it's ectopic, or as another poster said, you could be miscarrying.
Go to hospital or nearest clinic immediately! It might not be pregnancy, could be appendicitis, or if it is pregnancy it could be going wrong. Either way, you need medical help to be sure this isn't something serious.

You won't know if you are pregnant until you have missed a period or two. Those symptoms could be signaling rough pms as well. Don't panic! When in doubt, go buy a pregnancy test (in secret if you are afraid of your parents) and use it when they aren't around.

This pain could be several things not just pregnancy you should really go see a gyno. They will take the tests that are necessary and you will then know exactly what it is, rather than fretting over just pregnancy!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
