By cleavage furrow. A constriction of cell membrane appears in the middle which gradually deepens and finally the two daughter cells are pinched off, just like streching the two ends of chewing gum separates it into two parts.

In process called cytokinesis right after cell division the cell pulls apart by microtubules (the skeleton of the cell) contracting and pulling away from the middle of the cell to split into two different cells.

The plasma membrane begins pinching in to split the two daughter cells apart. This forms the cleavage furrow.
