Mine is Michael Scott. He is just so incredibly ignorant at times. I also like Jim because he is just so cool and loves to play jokes on Dwight.

I really like Michael Scott (American version for you Brits). He is so ignorant like you say but in such a childlike way (almost like a contemporary teen) that it really endears you to him. The most recent episode finally showed him with some "balls" so to speak in that he stood up to the even more childlike antics of Andy. I also LOVE Pam because she is clearly way above her job and has such a conscious.

My favorite is Keith from the British version of the show. He had no emotions, personality or changes in facial expression, but somehow everything he did was hilarious. His delivery was so dry and yet so brilliant.
I also like Jim (or Tim in the British version) because I often see parts of myself in the character especially (and sadly) in his relationship with Pam (or Dawn)

British version = Tim, although Keith and Gareth were great
American version = Dwight Kurt Schrute.

I love Jim because of the whole crush thing with Pam. There is so many people like that...office romance..basically forbidden because one is taken.....jealousy if he is with someone or talks to anyone else...just real life
Plus he's cute ;P

I love Dwight. I know he's arrogant and all - but he's so ridiculous! He is great for the brunt of all the jokes. I don't think the show would be as funny without him.
