Anything is possible. In oder to jump higher, you need stronger Calves. How do i get stronger Calves you ask? Well that simple, just jump on your tippy toes about 100-200 times a day and you should be able to dunk within 6 months.

maybe for spud webb. A 33 inch vertical is definitely good enough, though you didnt say 33 inches was your vertical, but 50 inches is completely impossible. Player of the year last year in men's volleyball had a 42 inch vertical: Chase Budinger of University of Arizona.

One of the pleasant matters a good way to aid is having quite muscular thighs and quadriceps seeing that the ones are the principal muscle groups that you just use whilst leaping. So squats, lunges, jogging, you probably have entry to a gymnasium then there are lots of machines there a good way to additionally aid with leg strengthening. Another you might do is bounce onto packing containers (those will have to even be furnished at a gymnasium) and this will likely aid with sort and force. Good success! Hope i helped!

Well I remember my coach saying eat the right food and jump a lot then I would be able to dunk. I did what he said and I dunk pretty smoothly now. I guess it might work for you.

I don't know about 50 inches, but if you hit the weights and do like those sqwat push ups. You know where you push up the weights? Thats one way to strenghten your legs. Do those and see what happens.
