Go to www.hud.gov to find the HUD office nearest you. They will have the most up to date list of housing available by HUD. They will also have section 8 info and housing available that accepts section 8.

Contact a local Realtor who is registered to sell HUD houses - DO NOT call the listing agents.
You need a Realtor to enter the houses and to bid on the houses. Also, your Realtor will show you other houses as well - the house that turns out to be perfect for you may or may not be a foreclosure.
