As a Detroiter, no. He played the first half of his career with the Pistons, and then left.
Retiring numbers should be saved for players who have played a significant role in the history of the franchise, not just great players in general.
As I recall, Rodman didn't even start on the championship teams.

No, they would catch too much hell for honoring him with all of his indisgressions. It would open them up to criticism they just don't need. I do think he should be a Hall of Famer though.
