This way I can hopefully return my body clock its normal settings !

Well, No. I could go to bed now, and wake at about 2 or 3pm tomorrow, but then that would be my sleeping pattern. Hence the need to fix my body clock as it were!

yeah im a vampire. good old 3rd shift. opening you 3rd eye. cause your adrenal gland is bigger then daylight people. trippie. just play it by ear. you'll know when you need to sleep.

Try to get a small bit of sleep so you don't go mad, but try to get your sleeping pattern back to normal as quick as possible. Its like being Jet Lagged.
