Doing it every night isn't going to help, you need rest as well. Make sure you rest a day. Try a bit of jogging or cycling too so you get rid of the fat on your stomach if any. Remember, it's not about quantity but quality, 100 sounds like a lot, try doing them slower but maybe just 50. You should be able to feel it the next day which is why you need to rest. If you feel perfectly normal the next day, my guess is you haven't worked them hard enough. IF it still doesn't work, then try doing crunches holding a weight or medicine ball, you are still young so go easy.

In my experience crunches/situps don't do ****. You've gotta run man. Run a lot. And eat only when you're hungry, but don't get too hungry.

Also you might not develop enough muscle until you're about 16 or 17, that's how it was with me. I never did any crunches or ab work outs and I've got mad abs. All I do is run and practice martial arts.

Because you're younger, your muscles might not be at their peak yet, so don't get too worried, they should be happening in the not too distant future.

Some tips you could try are cardio exercise like swimming and running, you need a combination of both to build muscle. Also its about quality not quantity when it comes to doing crunches. Try making them harder by sitting on a swiss ball to do them, or by holding weights on your chest for more resistance or even by lifing your knees and feet off the ground makes it harder. By doing less crunches that are more difficult than lots of easier ones you will be more likely to get results.

100 crunches isnt near enough. make sure you are getting your cardio workout in so that any fat on the stomach can be burned off. crunches can def. help but make sure you work the lower abs and sides too. protein will help you build muscle so meat is good (lean meats are best).

try laying down flat on your back with your hands under your bum for support. then keeping your legs straight, slowly lift them to a 90 degree angle as tolerated and lower back down slowly. do sets of 10 or 15 till you are tired. as long as you contintue to push yourself that will help.

for your side abs, try holding some weights (10-20lbs) in both hands and lean to each side tightening your abs with each side crunch. you should look kind of like an upside down pendulum, swinging side to side. make sure to count in sets and work more weight and reps with time.

hope this helps.

The first day i decided to start working on my abs i did 500 situps in a row... yea it was pretty hard... but then i got 8-10 hours of sleep every day... i alternated my work out... i ran one night or worked on diferent muscles to build those up... and ate good like you... its really hard to get abs at our age (im 14) because we still have stubborn baby fat that wont go away until you get closer 2 eighteen or basically starve yourself... dont starve yourself you'll lose all muscle... but anyway... what i do now is build up my muscle so they get stronger (putting weights on your chest works wonders) but less reps then the next day work on different muscles and the day after that go back to a bunch of reps without weights... as it gets easier do more weights and more reps...
