Here is my highly biased opinion.
Only if they are smart and have perspective. Assuming you mean "a god" and not your particular god with the same name. Religion often but not always begins as an attempt to explain life's injustices or to understand the universe. Monotheism is just one of several broad categories of religion. There are also polytheism, agnosticism (undecided/can't know), animism which is the belief in animal spirits, even godless religions such as buddhism, and perhaps others. Probably at some point in their development, when science and technology were first taking off, athiesm would become popular with those who were less creative but wanted to pretend they were smarter than they really were. However, once they nearly destroy themselves with that technology, or develop it to a point where theories such as quantum physics and holographic universes start to become common, they might start thinking about god again. An exception to this would be if the alien species somehow developed so that all of its members were psychopaths or sociopaths, as opposed to us with around 4-20%. In that case they would almost all be athiests and if they're technological development was high enough to allow for interstellar travel we would all be screwed when they recieved all the messages of peace and love we send out. In fact, even a relatively compassionate species might decide to lay us to rest for being so incredibly foolish.

You have asked a very interesting question. Personally, I think if there are aliens living on other planets, they would be so aggressive and intelligent, that they would consider "themselves" as Gods, and treat any other species with contempt !

Well if there are others out there then I bet they believe that they can saved themselves by exploring the universe and finding a better life somewhere.
If there were houses like our on other planet would you want to go there and leave here and have a life.
They may believe in trees or dirt who really knows.

If there are aliens, they have been created by God so I hope they are intelligent enough to believe in Him.

well maybe their conciousness doesnt work the same way as ours, maybe they are beyond god, maybe they are below such ideas, or probably they dont think in a way comparable to us, considering their bodies are probably made of liquid rubidium or something
