Ethics in Politics is the chief difference between the two. Aristotle defined Politics as merely an extension of Ethics. But Machiavelli took Politics away from Ethics and jurisprudence and discussed it in its own merits.

Machiavelli did not involve morality into his politics, Aristotle did.
