generally ovulation occurs mid cycle i.e. if you have a 28 day cycle you would be most fertile on day 14. However everyone is different and not everyone has a 28 day cycle so you can really get pregnant at anytime.

A girl can become pregnant at about age 8 or 9, with or without having had their first period. However, it's very rare, and most likely won't happen until after the onset of menses.

Cyclewise, a woman is more likely to get pregnant the week before her period because that's when she's ovulating (i.e, releasing an egg).

First onset of ovulation.

A girl can get pregnant anytime, regardless of what day of her cycle it is. Always have protected sex if you don't want a little you running around.
