Back in th day Rap was poetry and it had a meaning because it was talkin about doing something for the community. Now it's about money,bling, grillz, money,drugs,sex, hoes,and bitches The only rap songm out there that mean something is Runaway Love by Ludacris

it is pretty sad that u think one word can describe the lifestyle and movement that is hip/hop. Can't be done because it is way deeper than bling and grillz.

U have seriously misunderstood hip hop,hip hop is poetry,history,politics,the stuff u never hear about. Thats commercialed nelly bullcrap u just named if u take hip hop as that.

shizzle...any other word with "izzle"...gangsta...tight...that's all that come to mind.
and yes, I'm specifically targeting the "commercialized nelly crap" because I don't like it. Hip-hop in general can be quite varied.
