In fact, when I was in high school I lived right down the street from a house full of pregnant wayward teens, and I slept with a lot of them.
Anyway, nothing bad happened, although I had sex with some of them so late term, that the sex actually caused them to go into labor, 2 of them.

Not unless your doctor told you otherwise. If your doctor told you not to then it is probably for a reason. If not, have fun and enjoy sex while you feel like it. :) I am 11 weeks and 4 days and the not wanting sex just hit. It stinks. If however, your doctor did not say that you shouldn't then it is okay. It will not hurt the baby. Of course if it feels uncomfortable then you may want to find a position more comfortable.

As long as you are up to it you are fine. Regardless of the fact that it might not hurt the baby, the fact that you are in the 1st trimester, you have to be careful. No rough sex or weird positions. You just have to know your body and go with the flow while keeping in mind your tiny baby. If for any reason, you feel cramping or bleeding you should go straight to the emergency room and contact your doctor. Have fun

hell-to-the-no!!
Sex is GREAT during pregnancy! A woman has so many horomones flowing at that time_ _ it's an awesome experiance for both the woman and the man.
As a matter of fact, my OB said that it actually rocks the baby to sleep in most cases! lol The baby is in a big sack of water. . it can't feel the pokiness of a penis.. it just feels the rocking waves of the love-making : ) And the greatest part is: YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING PG BECAUSE YOU ALREADY ARE : )
And the myth about having sex to enduce labor: FALSE! I tried it- didn't work
Have fun!

Sexual activity has no effect on the pregnancy unless you have preterm labor but at nine weeks it has no effect. If you have spotting after intercourse this may be a sign of a low lying placenta or placenta previa and you should inform you doctor. Many women find pregnancy as one of the most enjoyable times to have sexual activity. Sexual activity can also be beneficial to the pregnancy. Several european studies have shown that women who engage in oral sex have a decreased risk of pre-eclampsia (Toxemia). Best of luck.

Nope not at all. The baby is protected in the womb and your cervix is closed so there is no chance of sexual activity hurting the baby.
