I find the term postmodernism to be rather derogatory, somewhat silly, and all to ironic. There has to be a better term -- any suggestions? If your answer is an established term, please let me know where you've seen it used. If you're coining your own term, please let me know that too.

The Wikipedia entry on postmodernism is pretty comprehensive. One suggestion is "late modernism".

It is derogatory.. disgusting.. and conservative-ism is all of that & more.. Fogeyism is a synonym.. for postmodern/conservative..
