I had to redo mine, because the first one made me look like a serial killer..

Yes - I got the photographer at the DMV to let me waggle my eyebrows at the camera when they took the picture.
So I look like a jolly mischievous cheeky fat fellow on my DL, which is just about right.
Next time I'm going to see if they'll let me stick my tongue out at the camera.

I tell the photographer at the DMV to wait until I get situated before he/she takes the picture. They actually laugh at me, but they wait anyway.
