on the sansa c200, how do you delete songs?

i got this today and i uploaded some songs and some are on their as many as 10 times!! i dont know how to delete them , pleeaaase help!!!

For windows:
Connect your Sansa to the USB cable, then plug the cable into an open USB port on your computer. (You should have already done this, since you put the songs on it in the first place.) Hopefully, you will have a window auto-open that will allow you to open the drive. If not, hover your cursor over the start button (bottom left corner of your screen) and right click. Click on "explore". Navigate to the Sansa drive listed towards the bottom of the tree. It might be listed as "removable drive" or "Sansa c200".

In other words, in Windows, open the directory of your player. When you see the track titles, delete them as you would any file in windows by highlighting the track title and pressing "delete."

Your player is nothing more than another zip drive. Just delete the files as you would any other drive.

While you are connected, you might as well go to Sandisk's Sansa page and update your firmware. Sometimes they improve the software that is in your player after they shipped it. (see sources)
