Ok, so there was this guy I met in one of my college courses last year. I was forced to sit next to him all semester (b/c we had assigned seating). We became friends/study buddies... but he has been since then creeped me out. He hit on me a couple of times and I told him I was not interested in him. I've been in a few uncomfortable situations with him and am often scared he'll just show up at my apartment or something. We go to the same school, where I tend to camflauge when I see him. But he keeps messaging me every now and again, nothing too scary, though he is still creepy. In August, shortly after my birthday, I found out that he had been lying to me about his age and that instead of being 24(ish), he was really 36. How do I tell him I know his real age? How do I express that he is creepy and I really want to have nothing to do with him? I really don't want to go through the whole changing my telephone number process. Do I just keep ignoring his messages and hope he stops one day

OH MY GOSH girl that is sooo creepy! Ignore him and have a male friend tell him off and act like your boyfriend the next time you see him. Seriously, I have had my fair share of stalkers (one threatened to kill me and said he knew where I lived and then another waited hours on end for me at my job.) I have a good gut instinct and I am sure you do too. Go with your gut girl and if he continues to bother you, contact your local police department and you may have to resort to a restraining order.

Good luck girlie and be safe, never go anywhere alone and you may want to invest in some mace!! :)

You don't tell him you know his real age. You don't tell him you want to stop talking to him. Don't let him know you think he's creepy and don't want to have anything to do with him. Stop responding and keep ignoring him. Change your number if you have to. He'll get the point eventually.

Don't tell him anything personal,if hes a stalker dude who keeps messaging you, ignore him.You should tell someone (like police,or college teacher)if anything happens like if he follows you home or stares at you.I think that this dude is up to something cause hes like totally freaky.

Contact the police. This is stalking and sexual harassment. He'll get into some serious trouble with this.

Uh....if he's stalking you, you need to tell school officials and perhaps even the police....
