Thoses are excellent questions. The first one is easy to explain. Obviously, dinosaurs existed. They are not lies perpetrated by evolutionists to make their case. The main point of contention is how old the dinosaurs are. The evolutionists claim that dinosaurs became extinct around 65 million years ago. Where do they get that figure? It is necessary to believe the evolution viewpoint. Evolution, we are told, takes millions and billions of years. Otherwise, we could see it happening.
The Christian believes that dinosaurs became extinct several thousand years ago. There are references in many cultures to dragons. These cultures have no known contact. What is the source of this mythological creature? It sounds strangely like a dinosaur. I personally believe that people were alive at the time dinosaurs existed. This is heresy to the evolutionist.
The evolutionist like to point to carbon dating, but anyone familiar with carbon dating knows how unreliable it is for objects over 4500 years old. There are many other dating systems that give a young age for the earth. They are ignored, because they conflict with the evolutionary outlook.
For example, we know that the earths magnetic field is diminishing. In the past it was stronger. If we go back several million years, we would find that it was too strong to allow life on the earth. There are many other models, but since they conflict with evolution, nobody wants to talk about them.
You are right. There is no proof to Creationism, as recorded in the Bible. You have to make up your own mind. You either have faith, or you don't. Nobody can give it to you. You have to look at creation, and determine in your own mind: is it the work of a Creator, or is it the the result of random chance?

a) Good question. Those who believe in the literal truth of the Bible can believe in dinosaurs because there's physicial proof that they existed. How they reconcile that with the Bible, which doesn't mention dinosaurs, is beyond me.
b) Ever since it was first expounded by Charles Darwin and Alfred Wallace, the Theory of Evolution has always been considered that - a theory. It is still considered a theory, even though there is ample evidence to support it. Unfortunately, too many people are bound by what the Bible says, and leave no room for any other possibilities. In the original PBS broadcast of 'God, Darwin, and Dinosaurs', one Creationist declared that if scientists ever proved Evolution, he would lose his faith. How sad.
Yes, God made all, as another poster said. But I quote the play 'Inherit the Wind', which is about the Scopes 'Monkey' Trial:
'How long was that first day? Twenty-four hours? A week? A year? A thousand years? DOES IT MATTER?'
I have no problem reconciling my belief in God with the scientific theory of evolution. Could it be that God set evolution in motion? I think that's an interesting thought.
I have a button that reads: God wrote the code; evolution is the program; meteor strikes are the re-set button.

SCIENCE and CONSCIENCE
HEART + MIND = INTEGRITY
There is a reality that science and common sense make absolutely reasonable and believable. Then there are things of the spirit, the conscience, the heart, the integrity that ask you to belive in things unseen, things outside the box of space and time.
Big = Great. So the 'great' religions i.e. christian, muslim, jewish may ask you to believe things that can not be proved and that is called 'faith'.
The religions are all messed up built on socio-political biases created to control the masses. the masses are manipulated by dogma and jargon which distracts the religious communities from the spiritual message the religion is 'supposedly' there to carry. And they teach you that you can not be privy to the spiritual blessings if you are not in their stable, even while they preach how you CAN be privy to it.
Fact is a sociopath can get it but most common folks CAN so I have found a spiritual path via buddhist philosophies although I am NOT affiliated with any religion.
So there you have it... peace!

God (or whatever intelligent design you find most credible), created dinousaurs too....so?? They have simply become extinct. We see it happen with other species, and try to stop it as we are able. Even good science and the fossil records, don't point to evolution. They actually point to creation. Basically, you have to be really choosy about who you listen to, and find out if they have an agenda, etc.
As for outside of the bible proof towards intelligent design or a god....here is some of the arguments out there worth studying up on...
The teolological argument
cosmological argument
Moral argument, and some philosophical ones too.
those are ones that when studied point to a god, and outside of biblical proof. Great question, thank you for asking.

'"they" have different logic than "us"
we think, weigh probabilities, calculate by what we know.
they do the same thing, but when you factor in the want/need
to believe in a higher object, or to fall into formation, it piles onto the percentage of probability, and gets translated as 'faith'
