You can't, easy enough answer. You made a commitment. You "don't have time"? Get off the computer. You have time. You can learn to manage it. You'd regret quitting eventually. You can stick it out. Get tough.

Talk to the coach, if you're a starter or a freguently used sub, ask for less plaing time, and do so each game, and then to communicating that you are struggling and your game is off and it maybe better that you leave the team.

Quitting is hard the first time but it gets easier!Stick it out and play the rest of the year.
