It will vary by local laws and what you are doing while you're naked. A college student streaking across town to celebrate the end of the school year will be looked at much differently than someone hanging around a school naked or exposing himself to women at the mall.

As a nudist myself, I choose to only go nude in places where nudity is socially acceptable or where I am not likely to be seen by anyone who might get offended. For example, when the weather is warm enough, I regularly visit clothing optional beaches where almost everyone is nude. I also like to hike and my friends and I sometimes strip down when we do, but only in places where we aren't likely to run into other hikers.

It really depends how the officer feels like making the charge; however, that doesn't mean it'll stick - that part depends on the judge, the prosecutor, and the defense. In most cases, though, I think it would fall under a public disturbance misdemeanor rather than a sex offense.

I'm pretty sure that for it to be a sex offense, physical contact would have to be involved or you would have to do it specifically around minors. If neither of these applied, a lawyer could very easily argue against the charges and plead for a lesser charge.

It depends upon the circumstances of the act, the location, the intent and the jurisdiction in which it occurs. On a nude beach it's totally acceptable and legal. Getting naked at spring break or a concert will usually be OK as well. In other situations it might well be considered a sex offense. Common sense and a respect for others (and the law) needs to prevail.

It depends on what state you are in, in some states you can be nude in town. Check out the news from last summer in the town of Brattleboro Vermont. There is no law against public nudity, so some college kids got naked in a parking lot.

You really need to check your state laws to find out for sure. You might check some nudist groups, they would need to know the state laws.

Yes, but it also depends on the cpuntry or state. I have heard that not that many people know that showing bare breasts in New York is not considered illegal.

Yes, and you will have to register as a sex offender. This includes pissing on the side of the road!

Unless you are on a nude beach it could very well be considered a sex crime.
