That is his sister Cheryl Miller. They look alike which is disturbing. However, it is an honest mistake. Good joke though.

It's important to remember that when you are high, you can't really make sense of what you're seeing. I think you're the perfect example of this type of situation. When you were high, you had mistaken Cheryl Miller for her brother Reggie Miller. Don't worry, I do that sometimes too.

That's his sister, Cheryl MIller, also a former basetball player, who was purportedly a better shooter than her brother was when they played basketball in college.
And even though they look a lot alike, you'd have to have eye problems to get them mixed up. Maybe you should visit an eye doctor, get your vision checked. Or maybe get a new TV, cuz the picture on he one you're watching must be lousy.

Wow, that was just wrong talking about his sister. She has done a lot to advance women's basketball. Cheryl Miller's accomplishments stand on their own.
