I know it is embarrassing, but this is really serious. If you are still having a lot of pain after several days and you used no lubricant, then there is a good chance that you have some cuts and tears; which can lead to infections if they are not dealt with correctly. Just go to your doctor, it isn't as if they have never heard this before. Get yourself taken care of and make sure that if there are any tears that they are fixed and you will start feeling better. As for your boyfriend...the fact he didn't stop immediately when you started to feel discomfort is a really bad thing. I am a guy, and I understand how a guys sex drive works, but the idea of my wife screaming in pain and me not stopping is just something I could not fathom. The last thing I would want to do is to cause her harm. He needs to get kicked in the nuts, repeatedly. Guys should never do that...grrr... Hope you feel better soon.
