I am trying to quantify how much information / knowledge Aristotle had.

There's nothing to suggest that man back then would have known any less than men do now....so the answer's impossible to estimate.

We remember the past two to three hundred years....going from records, they did, too.

most of history took place before then so probably like a 50 megabytes of type

if that included memories of the people, culture, events, etc. probably past terrabytes, but if you meant significant events and important people maybe under a gig.
