a star slide down the sky?

OK. I haven't, but I have seen the Northern Lights...many times. And I'm always awe-struck.

I've seen falling stars many times, i always make a wish. I'd love to see the Northern Lights, they're a part of my motherland, Norway.

If I stare up at the night sky long enough I will see man made satellites orbiting the earth, and meteorites as they burn in the atmosphere; they kind of look like shooting stars.

I wish I could see the Northern Lights!

Basically... I woke up once just in time to see a FANTASTIC meteor... it was incredibly bright and really big, stretched quite a ways before it suddenly went out. Total stroke of luck that I woke up just in time to see it, in the middle of the night.
