Oh, I am sorry to hear that! As a person who has struggle with depression - I think of the color black!
But blue reminds me of sunny skies and cool ocean - and both are very richly calming to me. I could never feel depessed laying on a beautiful beach looking out in the ocean and up at the warm blue sky!

Depends on the intensity and the shade of blue...
Dark with grayish over or undertones tend to feel depressive.. on the other hand light sky blue or seablue with green are calming.

I think of calmness. Otherwise I would be depressed all the time, seeing as both the carpet and walls in my room are blue.
