why should he. Starr spent 5 years and 100 million tax payer dollars trying to bring down Clinton. He failed. I would think it is the other way around. I'll bet that Starr has nightmares about Clinton. Starr ended up looking like a fool after all that time and money.

Why should he? Clinton is still admired. while Starr??? Starr who. he was just a tool the Republicans used to waste a whole term...Boy should they squirm now.. look what they have in office.. Ha Ha Ha !
