I am only 26 and have just started to like his music. I did not realize that he had passed.

Great singer/songwriter! "I've Got A Name" is my favorite, and also the hilarious Roller Derby Queen song which makes me laugh til I cry. Great music, but sad that he wasn't able to make music longer. It's really nice that people rememmber him as an artist and not just the "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown/Time In A Bottle" Guy. Thanks for reminding me of a great artist!

yes, not fanatically but he was good and his untimely death made him semi-immortal
