taking vocals out of a song and in to another song

you have to find the vocal track on limewire or something. If you do, you can ELIMINATE the vocals by splitting the left and right track, making both mono, and inverting one of them. Vocals from each track will cancel one another out.

This question doesn't make any sense at all.

I'm going to wing it and assume I know what you're trying to ask:
If you want vocals from songs, you need to get an a capella version.

if your working with a standard mastered track, the only way to really do it is by isolating the vocal frequencies, but you will get other sounds as well.

find and download a frequency spectrum analyser and a good parametric EQ, and you can isolate those frequencies.

I think you can with some kind of mixer, but it is probably very expensive
