I would assume they are doing it in the name of Christ not to christian children. Though they may also offer to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of the the children they help.

I do not know personally what they do but here is their mission statement from the website:

Mission Statement
Too many of the world's children suffer the debilitating effects of poverty and violence.
Children have the right to experience life with as much joy and hope as possible. Christian Children's Fund creates an environment of hope and respect for children in need in which they have opportunities to achieve their full potential, and provides children, families and communities with practical tools for positive change.

I personally support Compassion International which does a similar ministry helping kids in poverty by providing food, schools and churches to kids in impoverished areas.

they are in actuality doing the comparable artwork, purely under a distinctive call. they were criticized by using Christian communities in the previous for having a deceptive call, because of the fact of their view, their artwork is greater like that of a community undertaking particularly than a ministry.

No, they give everyone help, but I agree the name sounds exclusive, but it is not.

I guess they mean the helpers are Christian?
