With acne of course

My brother had horrible acne when he was a teenager and even now as an adult. His doctor finally realized he was allergic to milk and since he drank almost 1/2 a gal to a gal a day...it was doing horrible damage to his face.

mostly has to do with your diet and the things you eat a lotof, or if you drink a lot of carbonated sugary drinks, or sugar/sweets alone will cause acne breakouts, hormones and or change in your diet you may be lacking something and having too much of another or it could be if you are using a product on your face that is too oily or even a product that your skin doesn't agree with, acne can be triggered by sooo many things

Oily skin, to much caffeine or chocolate, and some it's just bad genes. There could be so many causes it's hard to really determine.
