Yes there is. Walgreens has an over the counter kit it cost about $30 and is 99.9% accurate. Just go to the medicine area and it should be on one of the shelfs.

I've seen them at drug stores. I don't know what they go by, but they're by the pharmacy counter, often near the diabetic and blood pressure testing supplies.

i'm not sure.. but i was bored and looking around CVS.. and they had a ton for all sorts of drugs and accuracies.. i bet every pharmacy has them.. just ask
