Corruption is a state of mind. it is society which has to resolve the issue. The govt which is a prime factor in the corruption can act as a catalyst by enforcing strict anti corruption measures. We have the strictest laws and not enforced at all. we call it bribing, the americans call it fund raising, political clout, and ask for tax exemption and do it publicly. The british and italians call it greasing etc and everybody does it to smooth their way easily instead of doing the full way. Our country's and Italian, Japanese PMs themselves have been accused of corruption in some mega deals and it is happening every day. so , Dont do it and dont encourage it

corruption in India is the disease in human. To stop the corruption rules should be very strict in govt as well as in Private sectors also.
First of we have to educate the people and officers how this demolish our nation, with proper examples.
In some cases even people are encouraging officers to favour them that will become a habit to any one.
Higher officials should take care such matters with honestly.
To stop this issue its not the one man work some revolution will come in all areas that should be expand.
any one bagged red-handed he should be punished seriously.
That will be a lesson to others.
And govt also should encourage the groups who were working against corruption properly.
To eliminate this issue should concentrate in two ways.
one is encourager and another is follower because two are victims.

1) Resolve never to get any advantage by currupt methods( power connection, driving licence, jobs, exams. etc. 7 yrs. back when I was a professor in a medical college in chennai, some of my students came to me and asked "sir ,one examiner is demanding some amount. we are afraid not to comply with his request, what is your advice" I told them never to do such silly things.next day they came back and told me that their parents told them not to be silly by taking my advice!! and just please the examiner and be out of trouble!!) ) .2) Find some vigilance source where we can boldly lodge our complaints. ( I am yet to find access to one such !) so we must have such organizations readily available on net. 3) Be bold to face repurcussions .4) Learn more about right to information acts and use the same .

You can not eradicate corruption by law. It can be done only by individuals themselves. Take a vow that you will not be a part of corruption in any form under any circumstances. Remember, Improvement starts with 'I'.
