I'm 19 years old and I'm 5'4, what could I do to grow more?

there is nothing you can do to make yourself taller..

Nothing unless you want to undergo an expensive and painful surgery usually only done by people with dwarfism in which your legs are broken, metal bars are screwed into your leg bones through the flesh, and left to heal. Then as the bones grow closer together to heal the gap, the bars are adjusted and your legs are stretched bit by painful bit. Oh, and if they happen to heal fast, they have to re-break your legs. Now if that doesn't sound like something you'd like, accept that you are 5'4" and live it up. There's nothing wrong with your height...I've got five inches on you and i've dated shorter guys than you. It's about being happy with who you are and being confident int yourself, that's what will make you happy, not a few more inches.

try stretching a lot then you will grow a little dont worry it works
