Yes, you can legally sue him for sexual harassment. If he has sexually harassed you.
So, what does the vampire eating peanut butter cups, watching "Whose Line Is It Anyway" have to do with sex. Or is it some kind of sexual fantasy of yours?

you cannot sue someone for eating reese peanut butter cups and watching whose lineis it anyway... if you did you would lose and waste alot of money. not to mention get fired...

You cannot sue your boss for anything you saw him doing in private. However, if he felt offended by anything he has done or said to you, you may sue him.
