Wow.......funny how America gets no credit for giving more aid --both privately and as a nation--than any other country on the globe....

No America does care about countries that don't have oil but the trouble is they might trigger world war 3 in the Middle East.

When you say "care", by that do you mean killing the Citizens, destroying their country, causing instability and essentially robbing them of what is rightfully theirs? If so, then I don't blame them for voting against us.
