Today it is not possible. The main reason is the stuff we human are made has limits. Such any structure in the universe, our life depends on the material. Our bodies are limited by evolution and the interaction of our genes and the interaction with the other species. It means that the species should be renew after some periods; so, in the case of humans that period does not reach 100 or 150 or more years. And, therefore, people with one hundred years or few more are just exceptions.

In the not too distant future we will be able to live for as long as we want. BUT, if you choose to keep on living the governments of the world would have to put limits on who and how many children people can have to control the populations. The lack of population control today is the number #1 reason for poverty, starvation and diseases today.

Not and enjoy it probably. I mean they could probably hook you up to life support and breath for you and pump your heart for you been then is it really worth it if you have to be hooked up to machines all the time. I don't think they have found the fountain of life or created any drug to extend life that long yet.
