I think maybe your daughter should come first in what she needs the most,diffently speak to an att,but be care full not to let his or her agenda get in the way of your best judgement,in divorce things happen that you cant take back so think before you speak and how you act it will go a long way in the end,and your daughter will see the real person your fighting for...

You are entitled to 1/2 of his military retirement and 1/2 of his pay. Contact the finance office or the agencies within the military designated to help families. For instance the Air Force has Air Force Aide. In any event they should be able to direct you appropriately. Also, your daughter will need her I.D. card and also you since you are her guardian so that you will be able to continue receiving benefits for her.

Check into getting a percentage of his retirement when he retires.
And see if you can't get some alimony, if your daughter is under 18 you will get child support. You can go to legal, as long as you are still his dependent and get advice.
