What are some of the questions they ask and answers they look for? When they ask, tell me about yourself, what should I say?
Any other advice is welcome. thank you all in advance.

Someone who is relaxed and confident in their skills. Don't be afraid to say you don't know something or haven't done it before. Believe in your abilities and let them know you are confident you can do it and are a quick learner. Interviewing takes practice, so even going over scenarios with someone helps. Remember what the key skills they were looking for on the posting were, and be prepared to talk to those skills.

A GREAT Attitude... after that it's all down to specifics. You have to have your game on from the minute you walk through the door and look like a WINNER. Be groomed, be dressed nice, be early, be happy.

I just finished interviewing 27 people in one day, the 5 that are getting called back are all the positive energetic souls that looked like they actually wanted the job.. :)
