You must first realize that if it is in your partner's character and heart to fool around he/she will do it no matter how close or far from home she is. Trust is vital. To constantly suspect or make your partner feel like she would go somewhere else when she isn't could actually make her think she should because you are finding her guilty of the act anyway.
In other words you must first fix what it is within yourself that makes you feel insecure so that you won't project it into the relationship.
Be willing to compromise and encourage your mate to have hobbies and or activities with others (females). Try not to be a father to her but her friend, lover, and confidant.

Just trust the other person and do things so that they trust you as well.... With time you will become more secure and positive in the relationship.
