Why don't you visit a travel agent or phone the Singapore High Commission in New Delhi they will give you accurate and up to date advise.

Nobody can tell you that unless they know what sort of living style you wnat. Say for instance if you stay in a 5-star hotel for a night, the cost might be able to cover your stay in a tourist hotel for 2-3 days.
Also eating at hawker centres costs only a fraction of what you might be paying at good restaurants.
The cost of any visit to anywhere in the world actually depends on how deep your pockets are and how much you want to spend.
