Egyptians used honey in the mummy embalming process because honey doesn't decay and bacteria can't grow in it. Mummies that have been exhumed after over a thousand years have been found to have honey in them that is still "good".

One of the best books on this is called Stolen Legacy . By Dr.George G.M. James. He outlines all of the contributions of those people and show how there society ,culture, medical, education, etc. Can be shown in our culture today. He also goes into great detail on how there system of know-how was shared and how the greeks came in and stole the information and told the world that they invented alot of this stuff . Example :aristotle has been given credit for being the author of over 1000 books, ranging from every subject know to man, when it is clear ,all this knowledge was stole from the library in Lexor. Taken back to Greece ,study ,translated ,understood and told the world that they were the authors. aristotle is a thief !
Our college education system is set up by them . The only differents is you had to get a degree in all of the sciences ,not just the subject you like. They also gave us the Fraternity system and where the orgin of hazing started. Before you could go thru to learn the knowledge ,The teachers put you thur a battery of test to see if you scare easy , if you did ,you couldnt be trust with the knowledge ,you would tell a fool. If you pass the test ,then you could be trust with the knowledge.
One last thing ,Imhotep was one of the world first multi-genius and is credit as being the father of modern medicine. The oath that the doctors take to help the hurting comes from Imhotep, you would never know that because of the greeks.

What would you like to know? Nobody is really sure how the egyptians actually built their pyramids ( personally, i like the Stargate SG1 explanation!!!), they had hundreds of gods, most of them being half human half animal, or completely animal; they were considered the most advanced and civilized culture in the known world at that time; their sworn enemies were the Hittites, they were at war a lot of the time. Nefertari, Chief wife of Ramesses the Great, was Nefertiti's niece, Nefertit was considered a heretic by the ancient Egyptians because of her and her husband Amenhotep IV's (more commonly known as Akhenaten) introduction of a new religion worshipping only one god, instead of many, called Aten (a sun god).

I watched a documentary about ancient Egypt.Though science,
they proved a mummy that was sold at the turn of the century then kept in a museum. It was confirmed that the 1st Pharaoh
Was Ramses 1.That mummy turned out to be Ramses 1.
If science didn't interviene we would never have know who the mummy was.

Did you know that in the corridor of one of the pyramids, (I forget which one now), that the last date, (year), inscribed is the year 2012?
And that wherever a major date in history takes place, this corridor makes a turn and changes direction?
