i'm a 34G with a 30inch waist 5'7'' tall and i weigh 12 to 13 stone, i work out at least once a week. My breasts have been growing since i came off the pill 6 months ago and since they were an E to start with their now OTT

You may want to talk to your physician about hormone therapy. The only way you might decrease the size is if your breasts have more fat than breast tissue. (which is impossible to determine by observation).

If your physican can't help, consider having a breast reduction. I did 10 years ago and I am so glad I did. I was an Fcup.

You can't shrink any part of your body naturally. Well, you can, but it would hurt badly and possibly kill you. Not worth it. Just enjoy your breasts and think about all the women that lose their's to breast cancer.

The most effective way is to lose weight. Losing two stone may make all the difference in your case.

You could always work the muscles of your chest for them to shrink by using weights, combined with cardiovascular exercise.

you ask the same question the opposite way. Anybody would want to enlarge breasts not shrink them.

becaue breast are only FAT, you have to lose weight. muscle mass burns more calories than fat mass does so by building you pec muscles you are probably more likely to see some changes. good luck
