Gilbert Arenas has embarrassed Kobe on his home court, made Nash look like the defenseless pilgrim that he is, has hit game winning shots at the buzzer this year, and as the Wizards plaing the best ball they have played in eons. If this man is not the MVP then I don't know who is.

Steve Nash deserves it so far. The Suns are on fire since starting 0-5, and (as always) he's running the most productive offense in the league.

Definintely Gilbert Arenas! That guy has been playing in another universe! Kobe has been sweet too though, and don't count out Dirk Nowitzki. It'll be interesting to see how long Arenas keeps this up

Dirk Nowitzki. Steve Nash has been playing brilliantly as well, but Dirk is on the best team in the league. That gives him the advantage.

Dirk Nowitski because he is the best player on the best team this season. His team has the best record and he has been player of the week twice this season. He is the leader on the best team like Michael Jordan used to be.
