Mississippi Catfish is a common food in Ms. They are considered a favorite in the region. I suppose one could fry any fish (bass tend to grow to a large size), but catfish taste the best.

no longer genuine catfish devour by smell so really of using massive bait only use massive stench. with a view to seize a huge catfish you want to discover the right region no longer only the right bait. On river monsters Jeremy Wade places many hooks into his bait so as that little fish cant nibble it off.
