Please, I have an orbit mp3 player and I do not know how to download music onto my mp3 player from the document file labeled MY Music. Does anyone know what I should do?
Please give me detailed instructions if you can.

use windows media player.

take the files to it, then plug the mp3 in the computer. go to sync, click the music you want, and click start sync
