My right little toe rides up onto the next toe and I can't make it touch down.

Many of us have that problem.
It is the result of wearing tight ill fitting shoes in our younger fashion conscious years.
You can have surgery if it is worrying you unduly but there is a very long recovery process.

did you wear shoes that were too small for you? my mom grew up poor and couldn't buy shoes when she needed them so they were always too tight. now her toes kind of ride on another. try not to worry about it as long as its not painful.
