Homemade potato soup or homemade stew with a thick gravy.
Then have some homemade bread that has permeated the house with the aroma while baking in the oven. Simple, hearty and remind me of my childhood.

I like to have some sort of soup, or make chili. I don't like to put an effort out to cook. It just seems like the type of day where you want to be lazy.

Soups or stew. Also like meatloaf on cold days. Don't know why.
