Elementary School math problem, you up for the challange?

Question

sally is doing an experiment. she will use the two spinners 25 times and record the sum of the two numbers.how many tallies should there be on sallys table will it be 5 ,10 ,20 , or 25. the last question will be what sums should sally list on her tally table ? 1, 2, 3, 4 or 2,3,4,6 or 3,4,5,6 or 2,4,6,9 ?
That's all my cousin gave me. I'm confused about a lot of things. Someone please clarify

It's impossible to answer without knowing what numbers are on the spinners. If the numbers are 1, 2 and 3, for instance, then the possible sums will be 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 - but I note that isn't one of your choices.

There must be more information with this problem, unless your cousin's teacher is needlessly sadistic - which, I suppose, is possible.

This is elementary? 2 spinners X 25 + = 25 since there are 2 spinners I am guessing the tally would always be even . But, I am also confused.
