The C-SPAN Survey of Presidential Leadership was a 1999 survey of academic historians. It found that historians consider Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, and Franklin D. Roosevelt the three best presidents by a wide margin and William Henry Harrison, Andrew Johnson, Franklin Pierce, and James Buchanan the worst.

Former President William Jefferson Clinton will be consider as the Worst President EVER and here is why;
1. Clinton FAILED to keep America safe from Harm and Evil.
2. Clinton LIED to the American People about his affairs with other women and he also LIED about giving a tax cut to the American People by giving them the LARGEST TAX HIKE in American History.
3. Clinton WAS NOT a public servant who served the public.

Jimminey Carter! Both for being a terrible President, but also for being an unwanted Partisan unprofessional un-executive back-seat driving pain in our Nation's Butt!!!!!!
He started a very bad trend of ex-Presidents undermining current ones that only seems to be a Demoncrat thing!
Ford surged in my opinion of him for holding his memoirs till he died!-And for agreeing with me about Carter!

Not a fair question.
Almost all the people above just voted their prejudices not any facts. Clinton was just a nympho who lied under oath. Carter was a sweet guy who would not play the game of politics.
