check this out:
pg.92: "Mohammed changed the early Islam to a fighting religion"
pg.92: "In 630, captured Mecca and created it as the center of the religion- the Kaaba, the most savred MOSQUE"
pg.93: "The KORAN: chapters arranged by length, longest first"
pg.94: "Shiites killed their leader and CELEBRATE this date every year"
pg.95: "Why did Islam expand so quickly?: United by a bond of an aggressive religion"
We have 2 history teachers. (not my teacher, but the other one) wrote the book! He's ignorant and old. What should i do about this information? its wrong or offending! should i just leave it, or should i report it?

History is generally opinion. There are always interpretations of events. You should try to change people's views by persuasion, not compulsion. There will always be future editions in which minor errors can be corrected.

I don't know about page 93 but you do realize most scholars agree Mohammed is considered above all else one of the greatest Military leaders and tacticians in history?
How do you think ideology is spread? You really think Catholicism spread across Europe because the Pagans all said yea that sound good? Or that The Soviet Union and the People's Republic of China was formed without any bloodshed? You think America expanded because the Natives decided it was all good for American Europeans and just let them? Or do you think the the natives were asked nicely to move along?
Not offending or wrong it is just history maybe not one a cleric, zealot or ignorant person would prescribe to but that occurred and can found in both the Koran and secular texts

If you know these things to be incorrect (I said Know, not believe), you should present that information in a thorough and respectful way. Pointing out the errors of fact with "chapter and verse". Remember that ignorance is a positive state, it can be cured. Old is forever. I might recommend that you discover what the Koran says about the duties of the young to the aged. PS when you intend to produce a quotation, copy it fully and correctly. It might be helpful if you provided the title and name of the author as well. Try to be a little less huffy. This will not be the only time in your life when your beliefs will be wrongly represented. Remember , seek virtue, and shun ignorance.

Seems to me that most of the information is correct.
However, there are different arrangements of the Koran's text, some versions being arrainged by length...others chronologically, etc.
Both Sunis and Shiites have not only killed their leaders, but also their own people (still doing it today) over religious disagreements, some of those disagreements being senseless to us.
Mohammed was, among other things, a murderer, having assinated those who disagreed with him or even just criticized or questioned the religion.
The precept of Islam (which means "submission") is to spread its influence by means of the sword and establish Shariah Law throughout the entire world. That world includes the U.S., or have you forgotten 911.
Forget about being offensive if it is fact. We are in World War 3.

First off, if you are in Public School, you should show your text book to you parents. and explain to them why you think the book is bad/wrong. You don't say what your grade is, or what country you live in. In the US, most school districts have a committee which selects the textbooks to be purchased. You also do not list the publication date of the textbook. To me it appears the author is projecting his opinion as fact. If it (the book) is older then 10 years (and not republished as a newer edition), you may have a case for outdated views.

not that stunning. Many governments have a tendency to regulate public opinion and direction via propaganda and disinformation. the yank government likes to declare Abraham Lincoln as a sort and benevolent chief who needed to emancipate slaves. not something might desire to be farther from the actuality. Lincoln replace into if certainty be told a merciless and ruthless dictator who invaded loose and sovereign states, allowed his military to rape and pillage the voters and then compelled the states lower back into the northern controlled union at gunpoint. It purely value some million lives and hundreds of hundreds extra their liberties and freedoms while they spoke out against his policies and he had them imprisoned without due technique, or maybe being charged with something. It concerns me slightly that incoming U.S. president O' Bama likes to declare Lincoln as his hero. What are we in for now?

Do your own research . Use research sources from the area of that religion and compare notes. Do your own research and use source of that region and that area of that time and it will define that period ,better than anything else. If you findout most of it true then "You Know" ,If it isn't,then you can present this to your teacher. There is tons of material out there for you to do your research . What I can tell you cause ,I have done the research ,some of those titles do yield truth to it ,but you find this out yourself. There nothing I can say to you. I dont even want to direct you to what I know . "Seek and ye shall find" Matthew 7:7

Most history books used in schools (k-12) are wrong. They tell the politically correct story and not the real facts.
